Timeline April 1  -  Applications available for following school year. June 30  -  Application deadline. July 15  -  Scholarship recipients chosen. Aug 31  -  Last scholarship disbursement to be made. The rest of the year will be devoted to soliciting donations and running fundraisers. 2003-2007 - Liberty Scholarship Fund - LSFund.org
